The hats are awesome! I ordered 2 of them for my wife and kid. One hat had some kind of red smudge on it. Other than the smudge they're made with good quality materials.

Cute hat. Its a thick pvc type material. Thought to would be canvas like. Probably helps it glow more. Love it
